What We Do
Six interconnected program areas that address the root causes of poverty and inequality in the Chittagong Hill Tracts.
Community Health
We deliver essential healthcare services, health education, and preventive care to underserved communities in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. Our mobile health camps, nutrition programs, and trained community health workers bring medical support to the most remote villages.
Environmental Conservation
The Chittagong Hill Tracts hosts some of the most biodiverse ecosystems in Bangladesh. We lead community-based conservation efforts, reforestation drives, and sustainable agriculture programs to protect and restore these vital natural resources.
Education & Youth
Education is the foundation of sustainable development. We provide scholarships, learning materials, and vocational training to underprivileged youth, helping them build skills for a better future and contributing to their communities.
Women Empowerment
We work to break down barriers facing women in hill district communities through microfinance, skills training, and advocacy. Our programs strengthen women's economic independence and amplify their voices in community decision-making.
Indigenous Rights
The indigenous peoples of the Chittagong Hill Tracts have a rich cultural heritage and distinct rights that must be protected. We advocate for policy reform, document cultural traditions, and support communities in asserting their rights.
Climate Resilience
Climate change disproportionately impacts hill district communities. We build resilience through early warning systems, disaster preparedness training, and climate-smart livelihood programs that help communities adapt.
